Apologies readers. This blog is a day late. Why? I got sad, mad and a wickedina...pool party!!!!!!Not.
Seriously, this week SAfAIDS media sites (TV, radio and new media) have
been dominated by this very disturbing trend at parties of setting up young people for what is, frankly, ABUSE. Agreeing to something
when drunk, high or confused IS NOT agreeing.
(check out the link for the live action rebuff)
If you missed our articles, here is the link to our Facebook page to catch-up! And there is always Positive Talk TV - aired on ZTV on Saturday at 9.30pm. Keep informed. Which is what THIS blog is all about ;D

The issue of staying safe, as you know from our last blog,
is a very important part of our work at SAfAIDS. We have gone further than the
Triple ‘S’ Bookset (Staying Safer Series) - we have produced a groovy little
pocket sized booklet that SPELLS OUT your rights in relation to Zimbabwe’s new
constitution.
Check it out, its got SWAG!
This booklet really is in demand- we have taken it as far as
Zambia already, as young people there (we have a Young for Real programme
across the border too) got wind of the booklet and said ‘send them across’. Cool.
In the meantime, it is going down a treat at SAfAIDS events in Zimbabwe too. Why? Here are some highlights- what do you
think? Want a copy? Get in touch!
